Our first brief of our second year at University was set by Cheltenham agency Tangible. The brief was to come up with a poster campaign to launch the new Nando’s loyalty card as they were looking to replace the old scheme. Along side this we had to design the application form, the card itself and anything which we thought would be worth while to go along side it. 

We wanted to encapsulate everything that was and is Nando’s in our posters so went with the colours they currently use and kept the font the same so they wouldn’t look out of place if they were put into the intended setting.

We came up with the ‘Peri Point Pass’ which works the same was as for example a Tesco clubcard does, gaining you points every time you use it allowing you to rack up the points. Peri Peri is very important to Nando’s almost as important as their chicken so really wanted to bring this element into it. The alliteration also made us think that it would be catchier than just calling it “The Nando’s loyalty card” or something along those lines.
